Neil and Jasmine Lemons are a faith-driven husband-and-wife real
estate team serving Northeast Texas and the greater DFW area with integrity, strategy, and genuine care. As the founders of NET Realty Group, operating under the brokerage of Coldwell Banker Watson Company, they specialize in helping people find more than just a property—they help them find peace, purpose, and a place to belong.
Their story began with what they call a divine engagement, and that same sense of faith and shared vision now drives their life, family, and business.

After marrying in December 2020, they planted roots in Sulphur Springs and welcomed their first child in 2023. Today, they are raising their family in Northeast Texas, building their lives on timeless values, authentic relationships, and faith in every step.
Neil is a sixth-generation Texan who spent eighteen years in Montague County, five in Denton County, and thirteen more across Dallas, Plano, and Irving. He has built a 20-year career in digital strategy, advertising, and branding—skills that now power the marketing side of their real estate business.
Jasmine moved to the United States from Nepal in 2014 and spent six years in the Mid-Cities, developing a strong background in high-end hospitality and client service. Her attention to detail, calm presence, and love for design make her a natural fit for real estate and a favorite with clients.
Together, they work with clients across Hopkins, Dallas, Tarrant, and Montague counties, offering both small-town warmth and big-city professionalism.
Their shared love for vintage homes, historic architecture, and peaceful country land gives them a unique lens to help others find properties with story, soul, and potential.
